Luxshare Precision Industry, a major Apple supplier, fell 2.7% to HK$46.1 on Friday after reporting third-quarter 2026 earnings that disappointed investors.
The company posted net profit of RMB 5.214 billion, up just 6.98% year-over-year. That marked a sharp slowdown from prior quarters' double-digit growth despite revenue rising 14.62% to RMB 110.507 billion.
Nine-month profit reached 13.06 billion yuan but fell short of the company's preliminary guidance range of 13.25 billion to 14.40 billion yuan.
Luxshare issued 2026 full-year guidance projecting net profit growth of 15%–20% year-over-year. However, non-recurring adjusted profit growth was guided to 9.44%–16.71%, a more modest range that investors read as a sign underlying profitability faces pressure.
The stock decline occurred as the Hang Seng index rose over 1%, driven by a rotation into non-tech sectors.
