Oriola reported third-quarter net sales of EUR 53.2 million, up 5.1% year over year, with EBITDA flat at EUR 9.6 million. The Services segment grew 3.7% to EUR 36.4 million while the Product segment expanded 8.8% to EUR 16.8 million. Adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 19.4% after excluding a EUR 0.7 million inventory provision for specialized medicines.

Growth came from specialty flows including exports, vaccines and animal health, along with wholesale expansion and special licensed medicines sales. Advisory Services remained weak as pharmaceutical customers delayed purchasing decisions.

Free cash flow turned negative at EUR 29.8 million, compared with positive EUR 11.6 million a year earlier, mainly due to lower factoring volumes and higher investment spending. Factoring volumes fell to EUR 99.6 million from EUR 122 million at year-end 2024. Investments rose to EUR 8.5 million from EUR 1.8 million.

CEO Katarina Gabrielson said net sales growth was "supported by continued high volumes in specialty flows, in sales growth in wholesales, and also strong sales in special licensed medicines." She noted success with fuel cost pass-through, which logistics had previously pressured.

The stock closed unchanged at $1.025, near the low end of its 52-week range of $1.02 to $1.245. Oriola maintained full-year 2025 EBITDA guidance at EUR 35.1 million and said new distribution partnerships and efficiency gains should support fourth-quarter performance. The company targets doubling EBITDA by 2029 through an ERP program revised to completion in 2028 with total investment increased to EUR 54 million from EUR 35 million.

ORIOLA stock price and EUR 53.2 million quarterly sales are the metrics investors should track for signs of whether the company can sustain organic growth and manage its elevated capital spending.
