Guggenheim initiated coverage of Yarrow Bioscience (NASDAQ: YARW) with a Buy rating and $60 price target on Friday, sending shares up 4.3%. Analyst Yatin Suneja characterized Graves' disease as a major autoimmune condition lacking a branded therapeutic and estimated the addressable market at $15 billion to $20 billion.
Guggenheim expressed higher conviction in Yarrow's anti-TSHR agent approach versus rival FcRn inhibitors and antibody degraders in development. The firm noted that TSHR blockers offer a viable clinical path in thyroid eye disease, where competing FcRn candidates have faced setbacks.
Yarrow's lead asset, YB-101, ranks among the most clinically advanced TSHR blocker candidates. Guggenheim models global peak sales of roughly $2.5 billion for YB-101, or $1.5 billion on a risk-adjusted basis. Phase IIa readouts are anticipated in the second half of 2027.
YARW stock moves ahead of Phase IIa clinical data expected in H2 2027. Investors should monitor upcoming mid-stage trial results as the primary catalyst for valuation shifts.
